These MIT Basic information trailers originate from the demo/rental fleet of Wagenaar Engineering and are in good, technically inspected condition. The units have been professionally maintained, carefully used, and are available for immediate deployment.
The MIT Basic is equipped with a hydraulically extendable mast, manually 360° rotatable, and fitted with a full-color LED display measuring 80 × 80 cm. This ensures excellent visibility under all conditions. Thanks to its compact design, the trailer is easy to transport and highly versatile for temporary traffic management applications.
Robust and practice-oriented design
The hot-dip galvanized steel chassis is durable and designed to withstand intensive use, as required in a rental environment. The trailer is fitted with braked axles with overrun braking and has a load capacity of 1,500 kg.
With four robust stabilising legs, the MIT Basic remains stable even on uneven ground. In addition, the trailer is equipped with lifting eyes and forklift pockets on both sides, allowing safe and efficient loading and unloading.

LED display
The full-color LED display complies with all national requirements and the EN 12966 standard. Thanks to automatic brightness control, the screen remains clearly readable in bright sunlight as well as in low-light conditions. The energy-efficient lens technology ensures low power consumption. Control is fully web-based via the MIT-Connect platform.
Power supply
The MIT Basic is equipped with two high-efficiency solar panels and an intelligent SCM-25 solar charge controller. This system efficiently charges eight batteries, resulting in long operating times. Charging via the mains supply is also possible using the standard battery charger.
Operation & connectivity
Using MIT-Connect, the information trailer can be controlled easily and in real time. The platform provides immediate insight into the status of your equipment and enables quick adjustments of symbols, traffic scenarios, or deployment for traffic congestion detection.
